Web Design and UI/UX - The CE Shop

At The CE Shop, I lead the front-end design, strategy, upkeep, and UX testing on TheCEShop.com. The updates include but are not limited to product pages, customer or partner-facing landing pages, the cart and checkout, and our content hub.

Cart and Checkout Redesign

Below are 6 slides that show the redesigned cart and checkout experience vs. the old cart and checkout. Slides 1 - 4 are the new designs and slide 5 and 6 are the previous design. For this initiative, I managed the team of web designers through the research, requirements, wireframe, mockup, and final design phase. Once we had that complete, we handed over our code and designs to the IT/Dev team who worked with my web designers to implement all changes. We then joined the IT team in the testing and QA phase before our full launch. Since launch, we have seen higher conversions, less abandonment, and a huge increase in customer donations to The CE Shop Foundation.

The CE Shop Homepage

The first landing page for many students and partners of The CE Shop, and the homepage to the company. I lead and contribute to the strategy, design, A/B testing, and overall UX for our customers. We work very closely with our SEM team and Customer Service to ensure we are capitalizing on SEO efforts while also incorporating the CX on this page. I currently manage the design team that updates this page.

The CE Shop Content Hub - Agent Essentials

The CE Shop is more than just a real estate education provider, it is a one-stop-shop for all things real estate. The Marketing team made a goal to create the best content hub the industry has ever seen to help agents in every way possible. This page was designed and created by the Web Design team with help from the IT team and Content Marketing team. This is an up-to-date resource that includes Blogs, Ebooks, Videos, and Podcasts sorted into 7 different categories and created in-house with help from our real estate experts.

The CE Shop Careers Page

We invigorated the page with new life by switching up design styles, adding new imagery, making it fully mobile-friendly, highlighting key features, and adding awards we have won as a company.

Product Landing Page

This is the general landing page for all Pre-Licensing real estate education products. It is made up of a course selector that is dynamic based on the products available in each state, an interactive state map to engage customers and prompt action, features of The CE Shop and our industry-leading products, a demo video, testimonials, and an interest form. I work with my web designers and the SEM team to A/B test and constantly improve the function and revenue-impacting features of this page, as well as the Customer service and Marketing Strategy team to ensure the user journey is in line with our company strategies.
